A adult education class on cooking attended by Graham Chase, Hallie Lowenthal, and several others. The well-known chef, Stephan Dieter was the original teacher. Due to Stephan's frequent absence and alcohol use he stopped teaching. Graham soon took over as the teacher due to his supreme expertise in cooking.
